1. What this website is
Nashik DP Atlas presents the Draft Revised Development Plan of Nashik (2016-2036), as modified after public objections under section 28(4) of the MR&TP Act and published by the Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) on 16 November 2015, as one searchable map. It is not the plan sanctioned by the Government of Maharashtra, which differs in places. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by NMC or any government body.
2. Information only, no advice
Everything on the site is general information. It is not legal, planning, surveying, valuation, financial or professional advice. Do not rely on it to buy, sell, lease, build, develop, lend, or settle any boundary, title or legal matter. For those, get certified documents from NMC and advice from a licensed professional.
3. Accuracy and known limits
- Location. Your position combines your device's GPS (often off by 5-50 m or more) with our alignment of the plan to real-world coordinates (typically within 20-35 m, sometimes more). Your dot can be on the wrong plot.
- The plan. The sheets are planning drawings, not surveys. A few reserved sites could not be located on the sheets.
- Plot numbers were read from the drawings by machine. Some are missing or wrong.
- Reserved-site details come from the plan report and may contain errors from the source or from our extraction.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
4. No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bora Technologies and the people who run this website accept no liability for any loss, damage, cost or claim, direct or indirect, arising from use of, or reliance on, the website or its data. This includes financial loss, property decisions, disputes, and errors in location, maps or data. You use the website entirely at your own risk.
5. Your data and saved places
Saved places and corrections are stored only on your device; see the Privacy page. You are responsible for anything you write in notes and for any file you export or share.
6. Sources and credits

Modified draft published by notice No. NKDN/DRDP-Nashik/Sec 28(4)/1658 dated 16 November 2015 (files dated 9-10 November 2015, uploaded to nmc.gov.in 28 October 2021), retrieved 3 October 2026. The earlier draft of 21 May 2015 is kept for comparison. Original documents remain NMC's and are included unchanged.
